There is only 2 outcomes from this:
1) Nick has gone well over his head here, and probably made sure that his son will be on his way out, because which top level manager would allow this?
2) Aaron has allowed this, and will have broken loads of clauses in his contract to force a move.
Probably number 1, certainly, but noone will allow a parent to come out like this.
Look on the bright side – the last time Arsenal released a first level GK, he ended up winning the world cup and being named the worlds best goalkeeper!

Aaron can leave. Ramsdale is not Arsenal football club. I want what’s best for my club not what’s best for the players and staff running it
Better to listen to the actual show in full, rather than snippets that don’t represent the views expressed in good light. Very balanced opinions from all three, we can disagree but still have balanced and honest opinions.
One of my favourite podcasters and favourite channels I found this evening very disappointing as a Arsenal fan because this is not the issues concerning our club I love Aaron but I really don't want to spend an hour and a half listening to his dad do PR

Ramsdale is an average keeper on £120k a week, he should count his lucky stars.
Thierry is the best player I've ever seen live, and I couldn't pick his dad out of a line up.

Why undermine the club, the manager and now its heaped even more pressure on Aaron Ramsdale. Aron must be mortified watching this. I love Aaron. He's not only an extraordinary talent, but with his flamboyant personality and strong mentality, he's great at getting fans and players going. I'm sorry but I don't see that with David. David is a good keeper, but we miss that extra that Aaron gives, and I think Arteta has gone with the conservative one. Which to me looks nervous.
From day one I never thought Aaron looked nervous and when he winds the opposition fans up and sticks his tongue out, to me it's not only funny but most of all he looked fearless. Aaron shows he's not scared of the other fans, he's a lion! And it's annoying that pundits and some fans criticize him for that.🍻🍻👍👍 #BringbackAaron

Watched this show all the way through, truly captivating and thought provoking. Regardless of the footballing reasons for Mikel's decision on who is Arsenal's Number 1, if Aaron takes after his father he is a genuine and charismatic character, who will always be welcomed by me into the Arsenal family.
Thank you Nick for your honest conversation! The Ramsdales are very lucky to have as part of the family. I really respect the sentiment from a father to a fan base. Im sure all the news outlets and bedroom fan cams will focus on how terrible it is that Ramsdale has been dropped. I just heard a father tell a fan base to get behind and support whoever is playing for The Arsenal! COYG!!! Awesome guy, if I ever see Nick I will buy him a pint of Stella, no questions.
It is no coincidence that the FA waited till Howard Webb had Sanitised and Dismissed the THREE WRONG Wrong Decisions Against Arsenal by VAR in the Newcastle Game (with Michael Owen literally giving Webb a BJ on Sky) Before Charging Mikel Arteta with "Bringing The Game Into Dis-repute". It is simply yet another facet of the obvious Corruption and Criminality that is Rife Throughout The FA, PGMOL & VAR. They are Destroying the game.

You have all said the right thing either from the fan side, or a professional point of view Kev and Nick been fair and try see things from others point of view and are respectful to each other and respectful to the manager as it his decision.
He wants Arron there for sure and wants a team side by side working together he wants to do things different and he wants that fight within them, and has to be carefull that he has always has two number ones, both have given to the club from day one. Pleasure to listen to you all and one thing for sure always good vibes and that what the manager want too. Happy days ahead.

He's not going to say the truth about the keepers as he isn't going to give any other team a heads up about formations and players who will start the game
This isn’t “tackling the big issues”. This is preying on the wounded. This has not helped Rambo, his father or the club or the relationship between any of the three. This flagrant piece of opportunism is detrimental to the club. So disappointing. I have listened to Kev on several occasions and find his enthusiasm exciting. Sophie, on the other hand, waffles her way down blind alleys. You can hear her making up her point mid-sentence as she is not knowledgable enough to form coherent sentences. Couple this with her boring tone, this is a car crash of a YouTube channel. No better than those buffoons on AFTV. This is the the YouTube equivalent to gutter press. I’m sure they will be sorting through the bins of players any time soon.
Sophie you're absolutely right with what you said about Arteta's 'rotating' statement. I really can't understand where Kevin gets off with his opinion. He might be an ex-player but that doesn't make him right on this matter. Arteta has made a rod for his own back with his original statement, to put it bluntly he hasn't just been disingenuous he downright lied. Nick was incredibly magnanimous and some of the censorial comments on here typify a culture in society today.
Arteta can talk about rotating the goal keepers because it is a competitive advantage to make other coaches believe he can and will play different goal keepers/different systems on any given day.
I think this may just be the tough love Ramsdale needs. He as well as us all probably thought he was gonna be No1 for the next decade. He has been complacent at times and very open media wise which is fine if that is his personality but Arteta is Driven to perfection and his loyalty is to his vision & demand for excellence. It has been unfair on Ramsdale but Arteta is from a different era! Hope this works out for Best

I’ve always found Rambo annoying. The dumb look on his face, the ADHD, the stupid mistakes, the way he over flings himself to make a save, and lack of maturity! He will eventually play for a relegation team cause that’s where he belongs!
