He is average, we need to keep clear of Andre Silva and go for someone like Vlahovic or Isak
I think with the right players behind him, he’s a confident striker with versatility. He may not be the best out there but definitely will give us a more all rounded option if we do go for him. I wouldn’t say no. Numbers speak loads and he’s got the attitude we could benefit from
At the age of 25 he is a decent striker given the fact that he would cost less than 45 mil.Silva was pretty good in Portugal with a lot of promise but couldn't deliver in Italy(which could be attributed to constant flux of managers and strategies similar to how locatelli slipped through) Sevilla loan spell was underwhelming.He moved to Frankfurt and went ballistic(but that is expected under Adi Hütter: the likes of Jovic and Haller were supercharged without significant impact after moving on). Hütter is renowned for his ultra high shot creating opportunity system in Germany.The volume of shots that he would be able to take in arsenal would significantly decrease and I'm skeptikal about what exactly does Arteta want from his full backs(especially RB) which casts a doubt on weather Silva's ariel abilities would be exploited.Still don't really trust that Frankfurt strikers would actually perform out of the Hütter system.But a good profile of player in the age range and potential tho. Quite interesting how this market would turn out for arsenal but encouraged by the links till now.
This is the kind of player some fans will scoff at and then he will end up at Atletico Madrid and become a star. I believe coaching and setup is key to allow a player like this to thrive. Will be delighted to have him in place of the ageing strikers we already have.

I think they prioritizing CB and striker bcuz our defense were bit shaky even though statistically we looked good and we were 4 or 3rd best defense in the EPL and our attackers were not finishing their dinners so they want improve that imo.

Instead of Silva, would Arsenal be better served looking at Luka Jovic? It hasn’t worked for him at Real but just two years ago he was the next super striker when Real bought him for 60m from Frankfurt
I personally would prefer South American strikers, recent history has shown how deadly they can be in England, e.g., Aguero, Suarez, Diego Costa (a Brazilian), and Cavani at 34 still performed very well last season. Maxi Gomez from Valencia and Darwin Nunez from Benfica may be worth considering.
Tom he's a soft player. Not for the prem. He's like a slower, weaker and less aggressive version of lukaku. Should wait for the right player.
Great show Tom, I’m still on the thinking extend laca for a year and see how Balogun develops. If we need a new striker do it next summer instead. Use budget on other priorities
Not a creator, doesn’t create his own chances, more of a poacher, a box striker. A fox in the box one might say? (Like Eddie) Isn’t that the style we want to move away from and hasn’t worked for us? We need a link player, who can create and help players around him, an upgrade on laca? Need an upgrade on that style, not Eddie’s, although I would just extend laca for 1 year
the important stats are lower than lacas lol why sign him?
Silva seems a decent pick up but not sure if he is better than lacazette. I do want to see balogan have a decent amount of chances in the team.
I would have loved patron daka but I'm aware of the fact that he's joining leicester city.Very good signing for them but would take either of silva or silva in a heartbeat.
