      jordi🥺 please give motivation to the players with a loser mentality..they don't have the determination to win and be champions..barca players now are just a bunch of trash..this is barca💙❤

      Why.. that every time they practice, the players always show off their measurable long-range kicks, but in reality during matches, they rarely do those kicks and only pass

      What xavi needs to do is, he needs to improve his players more creative level. like what koeman did, he improved young players into another level. like gavi ,pedri, aruajo, ruqui puig. xavi needs to bring consistency to his team. what pep is doing now in city. pep giving opportunity and raising the young players to another level. increasing their ability to perform in football. Xavi also needs to be aware that , if a top player didn't played well, he needs to be benched in the next match. so that players will try to improve in the next matches. and main thing is unity in the team. xavi needs to bring back the previous season mentality to the team. previous season was spectacular. not conceded many goals in their matches. individual performances of each players was good. so xavi needs to bring back the team mentality. try to make good tactics as well. he knows the tiki taka style very much. try to bring back the style of it. it will help the team to play in good possession play among the players. we know that we dont have creative players like jordi alba, busquets, pique, and we dont have the legend messi. so xavi needs to do is, make the young players into our legendary players level.
