5 point deduction for administration + 5 point deduction after appeal = 10 point deduction that they already have. I have to be honest, anything else seems slightly unfair.

The funds are 100% there, this is a business dispute over who pays for what between the soon to be former owner and the new ones but either way the money is in the club.
