      he is a ghanain football player and is related to the abedi Pele his father who had won the african player of the year award three times and had also played football for marsielle and ghana during the 1980s-1990s. andre ayew was part of the ghana u20 football team who won the u20 world cup in 2009 against Brazil. played for the ghana national football team in 2010 and 2014 in the world cup. he plays as a winger, and he can also play as a striker. he is 5ft,9. Scored 12 goals for swansea last season. he helped ghana come 2nd in the africa cup of nations final in 2015. he used to play for marsielle and has played with payet who had also played for marsielle. andre ayew has an older brother who plays for Aston villa.
