What would you do about Robert Lewandowski and the #9 situation?
I think Kounde can still play as CB from time to time. At the same time, I don't feel comfortable having Kounde as a RB all the time, since that might discourage Kounde from staying at Barca any longer. The middle ground, which I believe is the best role for Kounde, would be a defensive RB or a wide-right CB. He has the license to distribute long balls and dribble forward whenever he feels comfortable. Plus, he's quick in recovery.
As for Lewandowski, I still think Barca should still give him time to gain back his form. What matters most is that he picks up his goalscoring boots in the remaining UCL matches, as well as start regularly scoring again domestically. Even if Lewy doesn't regain his form this season, Barca can still try to find a way to sell him next summer (much better option than terminating). And even if he decides to stay, it's still not a terrible idea considering the market for quality strikers is very limited and expensive now. Let's hope that Roque can be our main striker soon.
Nahh Kounde should play CB…. Him and Araujo link up well….And It would not be fair to Balde… He's young… Ofc he's not at his best form rn but normally he's one of the best LB in La Liga…Christesen should be rotation and Inigo as much as i love him… He should be a backup….One thing i wanna see is Christensen as a DM…. He can rotate around midfield And defence…. And about Lewy.. I feel like we should keep him cuz Vitor is raw talent and he needs guidance…. Who would be better than one of the best no.9 to mentor the kid

I think playing Jules in RB would give Cancelo the rest he definitely needs. Balde will still feature regularily, he needs to work on his associative play and final ball, but he's already at high level with ball carries and defensive positioning.
Prime Lewy was at Bayern but soul Lewy was at Dortmund.
