I think Barrera is overrated. Hamed haters say he fought no one good. When you mention Kevin Kelley, they say he was old. Ok if you want to play that game the Kennedy McKinney and Kevin Kelly are both disqualified. Barrera lost to Junior Jones, Marquez and Pacquiao. So he has only recognised wins against Morales.
