What I don't get is how Eddie & Jason are so much more futuristic in their approach all around in vast contrast to Bruce, it is not age that is the issue, it is a mentality and attitude as I understand people like Moyes or other more senior managers seem to evolve regardless of age to meet the challenge of improving their skillset.
