First red Sox game I ever went to was cus my friends dad worked for fleet bank and got us ticket through work
Unhittable in those years.
Randy Johnson and Pedro Martinez are the two greatest pitchers in history.
The man was a Picasso of the mound.
Greatest pitcher of my generation.
His pitches are ridiculous they start way out of the strike zone and cut right in within a fraction of a second
๐ฉ๐ด๐ช
Pedro Martinez-Randy Johnson-Roger Clemens…the best pitcher ever in MLB ever
Only pitcher that could handle players on steroids
Absolutely perfect
Jesus what a WIDE strike zone, some were way off the plate
0:58 easily 7 inches OFF the plate.
You are "The Greatest," and
Thanks for saying "the truth," Otani was not MVP.
I totally agree your opinion.
It's crazy how many of those punchouts had the Yankees at 1-2 – Pedro just came after you
This was peak Pedro Martinez–greatest SP I've ever seen when he was at his best! (The Yankees looked like Little-League players against him that night—sheer dominance!!)
To do this against the 99 Yankees… it's almost unbelievable. I miss when the Sox had a dominant pitcher. Sale needs to have a bounce back year!
Some of those pitches were just filthy. They bottom just dropped out of them. He threw hard yes, but he complemented the heat with the change up and his other pitches. Thatโs why he was so difficult to hit. You just didnโt know what he was going to throw you. Add to that his pinpoint control. Hitters had really no chance.
His pitches makes no sense.
Yankees vs Redsox and home plate umpire
Pensar que el fue un pitcher que estuvo en la mejor era de la MLB que fue la de los esteroides lo hace mucho mรกs grande, en esa era habรญan monstruos en la MLB.
Filthy.
Umm – were there only Sox fans in Yankee Stadium that night? worst fake fan audio ever.
Megalovania starts playing
More impressive than Wood's/Clemens' 21 vs Bad lineup
El changer -up , ese lanzamiento sacaba de paso alos bateadores zurdos , pero mucho . Ese lanzamiento llevo a pedro al salon de la fama
GOAT pitcher
Freshman in high school, it was a school night. Listened to the game on WEEI on my walkman lying in bed. Will never forget this.
Frickin DEVASTATING
๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Ese cambio sacaba de paso alos bateadores zurdo ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐
Pedro looks mad tiny compare to the batters & he just killed it ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐
Chilly Davis ๐ก๐ก๐ก why? You should be in the book of history ๐
That Yankees stadium crowd was cheering for each strikeout. Maybe just Sox fans?
The GOAT.
22 in a row! 9 inns too
Striking out 9 of the last 10 batters and the side in the 9th is insane
When it comes to pitching, Pedro is the GOAT. No question
