A duel between two phenomenal boxers is always highly anticipated, especially if they are some of the best fighters in their division and are world champions. These two talented boxers have made huge contributions to the development of boxing, not only in their native countries of Mexico and Puerto Rico but throughout the world. We are talking about the legendary Latin American fighters Julio Cesar Chavez and Hector Camacho…

  1. " At their heights of their carrier" Really??. Hector was nowhere near the heights of his carrier in that fight. In fact, he was far from his best condition. Chavez is a great boxer, True. But the Hector Camacho he Faught that night wasn't the sharp speed boxer that we Puerto Ricans love so much.

  2. Me recuerdo esa pelea yo a poste a camacho y gane ,camacho gano la apuesta ,pero perdio la pelea,100 mil dollars a que no lo noquean y corrio tanto que Julio cesar termino sin aire obserben al final parese que corrio un maraton.

  3. Past fighters didn't duck other Boxers.
They actually fought them to prove who was the better fighter.
    NOW !!!
They all have the (Mayweather stalling to fight Manny) approach.
    Where they

  4. Julio Cesar Chavez was an exceptional body puncher. The body shots in this fight just drained Hector Camacho's energy from his legs. Then it was over. Chavez was also damn good at slipping punches. Everybody always talks about his power, but at the end of most of his fights he didn't look like his opponents ever touched him.

  5. Chavez was phenomenal. I remember back in late 1995 while I was living in Amarillo, Texas, I accidentally walked into a Mexican bar. All Latinos, with the beautiful Mexican girls. 🙂
An older Mexican guy approached me in my booth, and said something like “Señor, you know you’re in a Mexican bar, don’t you?” I said I did, and he/I guess everyone else, didn’t make it an issue. Good folks.
They had a large cardboard cutout of Chevez, the size of a regular person. In the colorized cutout, it showed him in a boxing stance. I thought it was cool. The people inside that bar were certainly cool with me.
    👨🏻‍🦳🇺🇸😁🇺🇸

  6. Frankie Randall got robbed by Don King when he went the distance with Julio Chavez TWICE! I used to watch all the fights back in the day! Terrible TNT TERRY NORRIS/James “LIGHTS OUT”Toney/Pernell “sweet pea”witaker. The Grand Slam of Boxing was the name one of the biggest ppv’s back then
