Rashford x Martial have been deadwood for years and have that Jesse lingard attitude over rated over. Paid I’d be happy if PSG came in for rashford time to part ways !
It's simple….. Rashford has only ever had 1 good season for Man United….he is now 26 years old. Let that sink in. Before last season he'd score 1 good goal every 4 months and people would be like 'this kid is special'…..4 months go by and nothing…….he'd score another wonder goal…….'this guy is special'…….4 months go by and nothing……… he's rubbish. Typically, he does 1 good thing now and again. He's been overrated since day 1.
Rashford COULD be a great player and is a very effective impact player.
Whenever he's played for England you can also predict what he will do. Against Scotland he was the ONE player who dropped off in effort and you could see it would cause us a problem any minute…and it did.
Took that to wake him up.
Consistency is his problem.
Not just in form but if effort , concentration and awareness.

there has not been a moment in the history of world football when Man U has been bigger than Real Madrid… it makes no sense to continue to claim this until other crazy people follow… Madrid is by a country mile the biggest sporting institution in the world

So glad ppl like SOUNESS see Trashford for what he is . He’s nothing but a purple patch once in a while. He can’t contribute anything meaningful to the team when he’s not scoring. Can’t even cross a ball . He always makes the wrong decision. No real development from the youth squad.

No need for anyone to tell us about Rashford. Look at his stats, mediocre at best. What's mind blowing is the amount of time it took for the Rashford hype train to settle down and that he is still at Man United getting paid crazy money.

According to Regression to the Mean, this is his performance. Last season was an outlier for him to performance exceedingly well. This season is what his performance is. Not saying that I am bias, but for many seasons, his performance has been seriously inconsistent…

Noway Rashford should be in the England squad. Grealish, Foden, Watkins, Gordan, Bowen are all ahead of him – to name just a few. His goals & assist output is very bad this season.
Rashford has been an overhyped inconsistent player for years , he has the potential but doesn't give the consistency to be a great player
Souness is gold. Love every idea he expresses. The English guy is pretty good also.
Rashy doesn't need to score. He needs to add a different dimension to his game. He needs to be clever on the pitch. He needs to evolve.
Rashford misses the ability that world class strikers like Messi, CR7, Mbappé, Haaland, Luis Suarez, Ibrahimovic, Ruud van Nistelrooij, Lewandowski, Filipo Inzaghi, Immobile, Kane, Benzema, Robben have: when they want to score, their need is so powerful, that they will score or create a goal. No matter what. It is as if they in a split second suddenly have special powers. Marcus is just a very good striker. I am sorry to say that Hojlund is not a world class striker too. He can only become a very good one. Marcus is just too delicate and misses the "grinta" as a striker.
Reminds me of another academy player Wellbeck. Both decent players but neither Man U quality
Jordan clearly can't see the wood from the trees. Man U have loads of positives. He describes them as is their 3rd or worse. Huge club, huge fan base, huge spending, good coach, pushing on in the league and Europe and they have at least 7/10 team/players. You can't blame the club for individuals like Sancho or Ronaldo.
It's a few in the management team, scouting and development that have let the club down.
Jordan shouldn't give any advice on running a football club, he's a failed owner of one FFS!

A biased Liverpool guy commenting on a Manchester United player. He’s off form, he’ll be back. Utd have lost at home to Bournemouth – rashford only played for 10mins so are we to blame him for that
Simon Jordan says that Manchester united are the biggest football club in the world 😂 (obviously hasn't heard of Real Madrid, Liverpool, AC Milan and Bayern Munich all of which have won more European cups), then he calls Manchester united fans "entitled" for expecting them to compete at the top table of world football. Make your mind up dimbo.
United have won three European cups. That's less than a quarter of what Real Madrid have won. They had a superb legendary manager who transformed united from nobodies to a winning machine in England (not in Europe mind). He had some amazing young talent come through.
He could buy world class players. Some of the best in the world. He's left and those players are all retired. Also, there's a new variable. Other clubs have more money than United. A lot more. The stadium is falling apart and the best players around don't want to play for Manchester united.
That's why united are getting unreliable crocks like Varane and Casemiro after Real Madrid are done with them. That's why they are bringing in players from Ajax, Crystal palace etc.
Did you think after losing Sir Alex Ferguson, a legend, and all those amazing players that every other club would stand still below United and Manchester united would just get another all time great manager and buy all the best players around?
This is why Manchester united fans are entitled and arrogant. They look at the reign of Sir Alex Ferguson as the norm and what should happen. It's not. It's an exceptional reign of relative dominance.
This is more like the norm. Winning the league cup now and again, pushing for the champions league spots. Maybe an fa cup win. Manchester united are miles of it because it can't just cherry pick all the best players anymore.
It is paying over the odds for average players like Onana and Mason Mount and is miles from dominating and from what I saw today, it's getting worse.
It's not because the players aren't trying or the manager. There are simply better teams and managers around and the united fans probably should get used to it from what I can see.
The main problem with Marcus Rashford is that he isn't very good at Association Football

His form for all but two months of last season wasn't much better than it's been this season!
Yes, he scored a decent amount of goals last season but those who watch United's games will tell you that, in terms of performances, he was poor in almost every match before The World Cup, then was good for the majority of the next two months(albeit mostly in cup games) and then was terrible for the last few months of the season.
Its taken souness a long time to realize rashford is not a great player never mond ha has always been an average mid table club player

Rashford, martial, Anthony, Sancho, Mactominay, Ericsson, Dalot, Varane, lindelof, all need to be got rid of. The truth about Manchester United squad is its not that good. Also whats bizarre it's obvious the players needed yet they signed some very bang average players. Mason mount and Anthony 145 million.

You only need to look at Messi, Ronaldo to see what world class looks like. Every season for the last 15 years they both turned up and scored 30+ goals a season. Rashford can barely turn up for 1 game a season. World class gets thrown around far too often. There is a difference between being good and being World Class. No Player in Man Utd is anywhere near World Class.
He’s spot on. Rashford is average.
