  1. Kim knows how to use his shoulder not hands to push other players so he doesn't commit foul. Spurs could have him cheap when Son told them about him playing in same national team but they brought in other worthless defenders and now they regret not listening to Son. Now Kim is worth 5x what Napoli paid to bring him from Turkey.

  2. FUN FACTS :
    Dad – JUDO ATHLETE
Mom – TRACK & FIELD RUNNER
soccer carrier – started as a striker and later became defender, that's why his preemptive actions are superb, he thinks like a striker to defend.
Lastly, he had no choice but to get better in China because no f**kers from front line + MIDFIELDERS + maybe some defenders as well would get back on defensive on change of possession so he had to block everyrhing by himself in china. lol

  3. Kim Min-jae was a striker in elementary school and switched to a defender in middle school, but the reason he is good at dribbling is because
He used his old basic skills as it was, and since he was a former striker, he knows his weaknesses in the striker and how to hit and come in, so he shows his outstanding skills in defense. His father, a former judo player, and his mother, a track and field athlete, inherited only the strengths of these two, so he was good at attacking and dealing with attackers based on his superior physical ability using fast speed in defense
No wonder he's good at defense.
