Ok so NOW this team is screwed. We have no one to run around, tackle, press like crazy, stand up for his teammates in a fight like Gavi now. But i mean we should het used to it, we are just cursed, lets put it that way
The way Girona are going and with the injuries decimating Real and Barca… they could very well win La Liga this season!
TBH, I have heard ACL injuries are horrendous but Gavi is very young and I believe it is not going to take that long for him to be back. So please let’s dial the pessimism down a notch.

Only ignorants would say (like this guy from Ecuator or wherever he 's from) that this injury can happen at any time……they happen because the body has a "usage" limit and using your body at 100% full eficency as often as 3 times a week takes it's tall. Top footballers ought to have a proper "restitution" or they will end up with big injuries just like this one.

He ain’t playing until next August at a minimum. No reason to play with more fire than has already been played with. Let the ACL fully heal, don’t rush him. 9 months should be just fine. No reason for him to play in any Euros game or pre-season
There should be a players union to protect players from greedy confederation and associations for forcing these players to play in a game that is not important. similar to workers union.
