On this week’s episode of The Breakdown, brought to you by Sky Bet, we took a close look at Bukayo Saka and how he’s been one of the best players in the Premier League this season.

Do you think Bukayo Saka can lead Arsenal to a Premier League title or do the Gunners and Saka still have work to do to take the title off Manchester City?

  1. The biggest compliment i can give Saka is he reminds me of a stronger Di Maria. I love wide creators that are also a devastating goal threat

  2. Bro! I love saka but there’s so much wrong with this videos it’s comical.

You forgot Salahs G/A this season
You got the shot to goal ratio wrong
You said he’s the 2nd youngest player to reach 200 appearances when he’s the 4th youngest.

  3. If Martinelli can work on his decision making and get it anywhere close to the level of Saka noone is stopping Arsenal. Martinelli gets in so many good positions on the left flank every single game but his execution/end product is poor resulting in wasted chances and oppurtunities. What usually happens after that is the other team goes up the other end of the pitch and scores which then changes the dynamics of the game.

In other words while Saka's contributions leads to favourable results for Arsenal, every loss for Arsenal or match where they have dropped points can be linked to Martinelli spamming crosses that don't affect the game, getting into good positions in the box and shooting when a teammate is free or just poor decision making in general, everytime. I am not hating on Martinelli but with better decision making Arsenal probably win the league last season as we wouldn't have dropped as many points. A classic e.g at Anfield last season last break away of the game, if he picks out that pass to Saka better that's a goal and we win that game.
