Cost me almost absolutely nothing, I've been trading old stickers from past tournaments, therefore am just paying for postage, and every trade has to be at least 30 each time

But I think due to internet you can get organise a couple of people for a exchange event or meeting
in my country we used to change repetive stickers to others we need with people in parks, schools.
