  1. What younger people dont understand about LD is 2013 he won the WS, and was still the best player in the world, sure
    But 2013 LD, who would be world #1 in any era before and after would have been demolished by 2008-2011 LD
    His peak form was multiple levels above what anyone is producing today

  2. His journey to gold in Beijing 2008 looked so easy, but when in fact that was the Olympic games, the biggest sporting event in the world with the best of the best competing, he was just in a league of his own.
