The Debate panel discuss whether Roberto Martinez would be a good appointment as manager for Real Madrid.
Martinez is believed to be keen on talks with the La Liga giants and would be likely to accept an offer to manage at the Santiago Bernabeu, Sky Sports News understands.
The Belgium head coach believes it would be the pinnacle of his managerial career, after he led the country to third place in last summer’s World Cup.

Higginbotham would have them hire conte, jesus christ
David moyes and his backroom staff 😂
Uncle Harry Redknapp is available
whoever coaching sevilla needs to be considered, for me they are the most entertaining team in Europe right now. playing banega, Sarabia and Vazquez in midfield three are masterclass. not sure if 3-5-2 would fit Real Madrid players though.
soon they will have talked about every current and ex- PL coach about becoming the new Real Madrid coach.
Arent there any more interesting topics atm ?!
Kelly hates Real Madrid 😂😂
Roberto Martinez is a good mgr
Kelly Cates really does specialise in asking retarded questions
Real Madrid have conceded the same amount of goals as Barca this season. If you did some research you’d see that. They’re just not scoring anymore. Barca have scored 31 Real have scored 16. Both of them have let in 14 goals this season.
I wish they did a bit more research before talking. Real are set to work on their stadium forecasting a spending of in excess of €500 mill. Surely it will affect their spending in the years ahead.
UMMM what about the king David Moyes??
I hope he gets it. I really like him as a manager . He sets his team up to play good football and I think he would do a good job with Real Madrid.
United have the biggest fanbase in the world Bellamy, even if you don't like it.
Wenger in…
Wait wasn’t he the manager of wigan
I'm a bad mother… Shut your mouth… How is 17:29 minutes dedicated to this 'debate'? What has Martinez done and which teams has he managed? Swansea City? Wigan Athletic? Everton? Belgium? Is that the profile of a Madrid coach?
that woman needs to go back to the kitchen, she's talking so much rubbish
I swear Manchester United have a bigger fan base than Madrid
Arsene Wenger in
This woman is awful, try’s to make the boys look wrong even though she knows nothing
Jokes like Pep is the best coach in the world will soon rest. The man has spent over £500M trying to buy trophies. He's virtually draining Arab Money.
There are no more Galacticos? There are many Galactico candidates out there
Mbappe
Neymar
Hazard
De Gea
De Bruyne
Sterling
Sane
Van Dijk
Pogba
Kane
Dybala
That's off the top of my head so to say there are no suitable Galactico candidates is crazy. Silly comment
I personally would like to see kenny dalglish to try the managerial role at RM or what about ancelotti again?
Shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath as Real Madrid – Martinez is a clown, and how he got the Belgium job I'll never know. A better manager would have won the World Cup with them – aside from one FA Cup with Wigan, he's achieved nothing
Why are they talking about Madrid they don’t know anything about Spanish football
Surprise surprise, they never even contacted him according to the guy himself….this was all totally pointless
Also, it's worth pointing out that Bale, Isco, Asensio, Vasquez, Varane, Carvajal, Courtois, Kroos and Ceballos are all still under 30
And suggesting that money is more important in football than prestige is idiotic
Get Davey Moyes in there
13:00 bellamy has looked at the facts since this show. Madrid and barcelona are not the biggest clubs in the world, not even close. The size of something is not a matter of opinion that can be debated, its a fact and he appears to have learned that since this programme. See his recent debate on Pochettino.
He’s a good manager as proven at Wigan and Everton but I don’t think he’s in that top bracket to manage a club like Real Madrid. And this season was always going to be a period of adjustment for Madrid after ronaldo left.
