Is Palhinha the difference-maker in January?
Liverpool must not overlook the potential acquisition of Palhinha; I emphasize, Liverpool must not overlook Palhinha. I firmly believe that his signing could significantly bolster their defensive capabilities, granting Trent and the attacking unit greater freedom on the pitch. The prospect of Liverpool becoming a formidable force is undeniable. Whether secured in January or the summer, Palhinha's presence in the starting lineup would undeniably fortify the team. Defensively, he would be an ideal guardian, offering solid protection for Saliba and Gabby. This signing is imperative for our team's strength and success.
Double pivot of Palinha and rice is too defensive palinha does not offer progression. If he is meant to be depth for rice that makes more sense. But then does buying for depth make more sense than a no9 or a number 8? No imo

Palhinha is levels above Douglas Luiz. I think Douglas Luiz will be way too expensive for Arsenal, looking at FFP
Again, I think Arsenal should Prioritise the number 9 acquisition more than a 6 or 8. Partey will come through towards the dead end of the season

With Partey on the way out, we definitely need a replacement and Palhinha is a good option. Hes an upgrade on Jorgehino too.

No this isnt the signing to make contenders champions, imo especially for Arsenal… He is class but is reminiscent of Jota at Liverpool for me – fantastic player and definitely adds more to the steel, but I don't think he fits with Arsenal rn…. I'd prefer a CM to take over from Partey & a striker that adds a plan B like Osimhen, we have outfield players that can do his job.
If Havertz comes good our midfield is complete. But thats a BIG..'IF'
Partey was also like this defensively…we keep Partey till the summer,we got kiwior who can Also play as CDM .. DOUGLAS LUIZ against city was 🔥🔥🔥 luiz is better

Palhinha's passing stats don't look good because he plays for a side that doesn't control much possession.

His the best player Arsenal faced this season not only that he was better than all our players aswell motm by a mile . His brilliant the last few seasons if liverpool get him they have a serious chance of winning the leauge .

Against Villa, man city had 8 defensive players on the pitch, ederson, akanji, Luiz,ake,walker,stones,lewis, gvadiol. We should not fall into this trap by compromising our creativity. Palinha is not good on the ball, he offers nothing going forward. We need a ball playing no.6 like Partey.
