  1. You play on Sunday the way you practice Monday thru Saturday.

McD said as much when he said "sometimes things go unnoticed outside the margins but they are important as is taking pride in doing things the right way."

Translation: Dorsey allowed sloppy practice habits that carried over to games.

  2. Benching Cook was a bad look. Allen needs some real tough love. After an interception, tell him to sit down for a series or two. I’m sure he feels bad for every turnover, but, that just isn’t always enough, sometimes. Maybe the backup qb won’t throw an interception. I can’t see this team making the playoffs. Can Kyle Allen screw it up any worse. Who knows—they may win a game. Let’s see what happens.

  3. I would like to know that are they going to sit GDavis because he is not doing a thing out there for the team he is no number two WR are they going to let any of the other players to go out there and play mike

  4. If the Bills end up lets say 6-11 or 7-10, i would just blow up the coaching staff and bring in new people. It might be good to fire Beane too. Going back to the Tremaine Edmunds defection to Chicago, Beane and McDermott should have been very diligent to bring in a replacement. They could have had Lavonte David. Lets go back to the Von Miller Signing. That WAS a waste of money. Im sorry, but it seems like McD and Beane are stubborn and arrogant. I now believe that both individuals have run their course and its time for change.

  5. I don’t see how the quarterback coach who has been coaching a quarterback who is regressing and making huge decision mistakes and leads in interceptions is the guy to take over an offense that has talent but needs leadership and a skilled offensive coordinator. Isn’t there anyone out there that has experience and could come in? This feels like Sean McDermott hiring a person he’s familiar with rather than finding an experienced OC.

  6. I might add that the Bills need to draft another QB. At the very least during the off season, bring in a veteran QB to push Josh Allen. This move may wake him up and force him to play more consistent.

  7. The Bills just couldn't let this floundering mess continue. Like every business if your employees are a rabble then management must be changed. The O need a fresh start and new leadership.

  8. Dorsey is somewhat a scapegoat. In the meantime, Allen continues to choke, toss short passes, and interceptions ever since his arm injury. Hard to have a good Offense when your QB keeps working against you.

  9. Good move but the root cause is McDermott and he will be next. He did a good job bringing the Bills back from irrelevance, is a very good defensive coordinator, but he isn’t the head coach needed to win the Super Bowl. When the pressure is on he makes blunder after blunder. Time for a change.

  10. Dorsey was not a bad OC, but he lacked an understanding of the pieces already on his chest board. He wants to make a plan without personal considerations. This is why we can't make it consistent.

  11. In 10 years they'll look back & see how McDermott, a defensive minded HC who stole all the $ & assets for his defense while leaving the O with crumbs, was the teams problem, he's not Good enough at all, it's time for change, should've been gone after 13 seconds, 12 men on the field & giving a 33 yr old Von Miller 125 mill should be plenty to be fired.. AfC has passed the Bills by while they're at the side of the road changing a flat.. McDermotts peaked, he's not good enough & Dorsey isn't the turnover fumble machine Allen is, he's to blame & so is management by neglecting the Offense Gabe Davis sux 🍆 & this is what they get for not building around their teams sole relevance which is Allen & the O not McMidget & the D.. get em all out, blow it up & start over before its too late.. get Diggs tf outa here too if possible, send his whiney Diva ass to play with his brother so he can be 1 & done every year there too

  12. I’d wager the amount of shutgun and play action against the broncos has more to do with doubling down on what Allen feels “comfortable with” rather than it being Dorsey’s preferred ratio. Allen runs the building and each week more pressure mounted to defer to Allen and go with what he wants.

  13. Just remember this 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 all you mouthy Jills fans for the last time you had a chance to celebrate something in 2023. You are cooked and the Fins will sleep walk to the division title. Who would have 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 thought? 🤔

  14. The current coaching staff has run it's course. The players do not trust them and there is no belief that these are the guys who can take this team to the next level. The Allen, Dorsey McDermott triangle was broken…. irrevocably so. Diggs new this from the beginning. Who is to blame, who knows….All I know is that Allen is the only one who is hard to replace.

  15. Yup bills should be at least 8-2 right now, you can now stick a fork in them . They are done this year. Unless they go 5-2 it's over. 10-7 may get in a 6 seed tops, but this team couldn"t make any noise anyway so they are what they are a mediocre football team. Too bad

  16. Unbelievable. Lost some respect as firing him was wrong. I have no respect for making someone a scapegoat. Most of the issues were not on him. He’s not throwing the picks, fumbling the balls, ignoring open guys and forcing passes into triple coverage, etc.

What about Sean’s game plan to blitz the Bengals the entire game when JB kills the blitz? It didn’t work.

Was the offense bad, yeah. We have a couple players not doing well and one that needs to pull his head out of you know where.

  17. We were playing against the worst run defense in the league and our passing game should have been focused around Kincaid because the were bottom 10 in the league in that area. But Mcdermitt is responsible as well. The special teams coordinator should have got the boot first though.

  18. At the end of the day it doesn't matter who the OC is if josh keeps turnover the ball…we're not going anywhere..plain and simple JOSH HAS TO BE BETTER!!!🤷‍♂️

  19. I think you need to give McDermott time to right the ship. After the 4th Super Bowl loss, the Bills pulled the trigger on key position firings. They didn’t have to worry about losing any more Super Bowls. They didn’t make the playoffs for 19 years, when McDermott became the coach. Hasn’t missed the playoffs yet… slow your roll guys.

  20. At LSU brady made burrow and the recievers throw over 1000 passes over the summer and they had to log there progress. I wonder if he does the same thing after season if he stays on.

  21. LSU was amazing that year but the best college football team I’ve ever seen was that 2001 Miami Hurricane squad. Portis, Davenport, McGahee, Frank Gore, Shockey, Winslow, Andre Johnson. Unstoppable offense led by quarterback… (sigh)
