I’m having Maddison in that team over Trent and Foden. They both aren’t natural midfielders and they both haven’t been consistent at playing good there. For me Maddison is like having a odegaard modric type of player in the team (not saying either are as good as modric so calm down). I prefer having that balance over Trent and Foden. Can’t keep tryna push them two in just because they can’t start in their actual positions. Actual midfielders shouldn’t have to be punished for that. Even Bowen over rashford I’m taking rn.

Every national teams have rivalries and egos. I am sure when the Juventus, Milan and Inter players of Italian nationalities gather up, there are rivalries and egos involved. But when they stand for the national anthem, they put all of that aside for the country. They play for the country. And thats not just the players, but the fans as well. Even in Spain that was the case. In England they dont do that. The fans are divided and the players are also divided, although it has improved in recent times within the players.
