I'm with Salisu. The Ghanaian system destroys players. Stephen Appiah, Michael Essien, even Asamoah Gyan all retired against their will because of the way we insulted and verbally abused them. The moment they get hurt while playing for Ghana, every one start demanding that we look for new players. Even muntari has been insulted for a long time until he came to play for Hearts.
