2:46 Not as far fetched for Lovren, Mr. Moreno. The principal reason would be to get regular starts. He's currently not even the first choice off the bench at CB. The fact that L.F.C. appear to have specified an asking price makes this one more "hit" than "miss".

I dont understand why fans are getting excited about de ligt simply because his agent is a piece of shit who's best interests is for himself and not the player . He will want massive wages and only stay for 2-3 seasons before he wants even more money and end up with PSG or barca . De ligt doesn't seem to care who he plays for as long as they pay his stupid wages
De Ligt would fit beautifully at Liverpool or Man City, and probably become one of the greats, but neither team is going to spend huge wages on a 19 year old who is not yet so proven when it would upset their wage structure. Barca can more easily afford to spend aggressively.
IMHO… Barca is a good choice in terms of personal development. Man City is an even better choice in terms of development. But if De Ligt wants to be known as the best CB in the world by age 25 more than he cares about even more money, working a few years alongside Van Dijk at Liverpool is the best bet.
