  1. Bro, I'm so pissed for you!
Definitely would have crashed into that guy if I was you.
"If you're going to be an asshole, I'm not letting you win that prize money!" is my mentality.

  2. Absolute joke of a cut from that guy. So deliberate too when you see him glancing back at you. I'd be furious enough to tell him what I thought after but you definitely handled it with grace despite the very justified anger at the time.

  3. I would have loved to see some Legion people come in here and defend their cowardly efforts to benefit from cycling by stacking the field and only inviting teams they know they can beat. I love watching those guys race, but this was just a punk move. Also, I wish you'd have just sharpened your elbows and put that guy on the deck. You must outweight him by 20-30 pounds and could have had your way with him. I understand you playing it safe, but I never like to see guys like that succeed in anything.

  4. that's a very small deviation. you were trying to squeeze through which would have endangered both of you. he closed it off. sprinting so close to the barriers with so little space is nuts.

  5. I think Legion structuring something like this gives a lot of insight into the character of that team. It's not indicating anything positive.

And, no, you're not petty. It's a legitimate beef.

  6. I truly enjoy cycling but these people are why i don't call myself a cyclist. Unreal. The speed. Amazing videos. Thanks.

  7. I agree with your frustration 100%. I would have gone and have a word with him after the race, or even during. But being in the same position as the dbag, I might have done the same, move a little bit to the side, leave just enough room and hope that the guy behind me isn't a lunatic that tries to go through it. I mean, you see it enough in the pro races, tdf, where they obviously deviate from their sprint line. But props to you for hitting the brakes, it's the sensible thing to do, I wouldn't want to feed the riders that tried to go through a gap like that and crashed horribly.

  8. word has it a lot of the prize money still hasn't been paid out, but not because Legion is unwilling to pay. Most riders just don't want to accept Justin William's semen instead of cash.

  9. jeff, the only thing to do that come up in my mind in that moment(sprint deviation) that you experienced is literally try to throw your water bottle into his rear wheels 😂if he crash, thats his punishment, if not then probably the rear wheel will be lifted a bit by the bottle and caused him a shocked and maybe stop him from pedalling or pushing you to the barrier 🤣i know its psycho, but what he did is just as psycho, and would probably even cause a lot messier than just throwing your bottle 🤣
