  1. How is Alvarez "excellent" as a 10? He is a major part of why we lack control in games against half decent opposition. His passing is sub par. 1st touch is a tackle, and generally ghosts games. He may have several goals and assists this season, but his inclusion in the side as a 10 makes us a worse side. The sooner this experiment ends, the better.

  2. Doku is such a good player
You could see how whenever he got the ball the defenders were fearing him
Every time Doku gets on the ball the crowds expects him to do something
    Also something underrated
He takes care of the ball he doesn’t lose as much as people think

  3. Agree with the analysis
And even though we lost 4 points in the last 2 games, I'm not disappointed (well a little because of the hatred for Liverpool)
City is still the best in the league

  5. One thing I learned ur lack of courage to call these players and board out, this team is degraded all thanks to those smarty pants who walked away from Rice deal for 10-15 millions just to look cool, just look at how pivotal Rice is Arsenal success, they are no targeting toney, neto, Douglas Luis, and what this club is doing absolute nothing

  6. Why isn't any Mancity player learning to give through passes? We miss KDB. Haaland was in a lot of promising positions but players were not raising their heads to find him. They have to do better finding Haaland

  7. I'm getting sick of these lost opportunities. VAR will be the death of us. Doku did exactly what he needed to do. We needed to have someone to make an effort to get in position to put those crosses in the box. Hopefully KDB won't give to little to late. Don't wait to have change forced on you. Let's get someone in now! You called it Steven ,, Alvarez is playing too much.

  8. I think people need to understand its not every through ball that City players will make. Against a team like Liverpool, they have more firepower so we try to make sure the game doesn't become chaotic. The chelsea match is a clear example of what happens when the game is chaotic. City will lose. And unfortunately that means missing some key passes. The player who should have made some through passes was Alvarez and he was missing throughout. And despite all that we should have won comfortably by 3 goals if the chances we had were taken. Thats how good the team is

  9. Alvarez had a lacklustre performance but that doesn't mean we should slander him. Thats so reactionary. He has been a bright spark for the first 11 games so far. No one can replace KDB and yet Alvarez has made sure that we still remain the best team and thats taking into account the fact that he is a young player in a role that he has not played before. And yet Pep thinks he is better behind haaland than Foden and the stats and eye test back the fact that he makes things happen. Have some faith ffs
