      Cmon guys i normally love you analysis of arsenal but this is over the top. Look at the dynamics for attack when partey had done a full season.
      You couldve been better off analysing someone like jota, or werner

      They need to sell Laca, Ozil, Luiz and play Abu full time Striker – go get Depay to play off the left, get Isco to play in the 10 behind Abu and sign Renato Sanchez to form a terror Midfield with Partey … Also sign Stones…. Sign Rebic for rotation

      Arteta talks like he knows that he's going to turn Arse'nal into a big club. His skirt will be unfurled to reveal Moyes 2.0. Did somebody say he has a resemblance to Tom Cruise? It looks like a Mission: Impossible for him at Arse'nal.

      Unfortunately Partey is injured, arsenal has to put up with Xhaka who is not press resistant, hence backward, side ways and falling in the floor when tackled.

      It’s almost disturbingly ironic that Arsenal need a forward pivot number 10 and have Mesut Özil sitting in the reserves. Sure look for a long term solution, but you have a short term solution that you’re neglecting to use.

      I don't understand that u have one player and u are giving him salary and u are not using him or try to test the game with him and losing like idiots.
      Look at the other premier league teams they are going on top and doing better than arsenal
      Wolves, Leicester, everton and even aston villa also, and arsenal is being the team of comedy.

      Formation change from 343 to 352 maybe can help to solve this lonely centre midfielder issue.. need to have extra midfielder at the centre to create passing option. If not, arsenal will play backpass until end of season..

      I think arsenal could do well with a 3-5-2. The one that allegri used. It could be great but with the young talent arsenal has, a version of the 433 or 4231 would suit the current players.

      Exactly. But this can be solved. For that Alexander Lacazette should drop deep in midfield, Aubameyang and willian should move narrow in the final third. If you want width then fullbacks should move higher to hold the width. Huge flaw in Arteta's tactical system.

      What I am seeing here is that Arsenal are ROYALLY SCREWED, they have a square in Lacazette, he’s a poacher that comes alive in the box, he’s best used in possession team, likes being a spearhead of the attack, he probably needs a creative player or two and wingers to stay wide, the you have a triangle in Aubemeyang, inside forward with speed to burn, best used in a team playing on a counter, without a striker that clogs up the middle, best used in a team with fluid, interchangeable forward line, I think Arsenal’s best option is AC Milan’s Kaka 4312 with Partey as single pivot with 2 box to box mids, Ceballos as the 1 and Aubeyang and Pepe in front, need to build the team around Aubemeyang with the money he’s making and Pepe gets more dangerous when he goes centrally

      Arsenal are probably making themselves more prone to attacks by leaving the 3 back and pushing the midfield up, losing their first line of cover/defence.
      Ceballos, Partey and Ozil could make a wonderful midfield trio.

      I think Tifo should make a video based around "Wengerball". Haven't seen a good video explaining the tactical aspect of it and I feel like the people at Tifo would make a wonderful video about it.

      I think it's an interesting analysis for Arsenal in general playing 3-4-3. Partey has hardly played so it's hard to say. I suspect the more he plays, the more Arsenal will play 4 at the back.

      Gripes: Trippy-eh plays for ATH-letico Madrid??? Coming from a football site that puts my teeth on edge. And a stats company measuring things in yards, is that right?

      Why tf is Arteta even playing with a 3-4-3 formation, a bunch of players are improvised on other positions (Tierney, Aubameyang and Bellerín), Arsenal barely has even 1 good defender but Arteta wants to use 3, they can't create many chances or keep possession for long and last season with Emery they were struggling to pass the ball well and craft goal opportunities with 3 midfielders, but Arteta thinks things will get better by using only 2. Also Arsenal are surprisingly playing a really ugly kinda defensive football on a bunch of games, which I didn't expect Arteta to do at all, Arsenal are incredibly shit right now, it's actually really impressive

      This is a decent breakdown, but he's missing one really crucial aspect to Arsenal's 3-4-3 system: It becomes a 4-3-3 in possession. Saka usually drifts in to become the CM on the other side of the field from Partey as Elneny or Xhaka drops in as the 6, and Tierney overlaps to become the LB. On the right, typically one of Bellerin or Willian would drift inside as well, it was rare for them to both be out wide by the touchline. So yes, the focus of the attacks was out wide, but this breakdown suggests that Partey was literally the only person in the middle of the pitch and that just wasn't the case in this system.
