That being said, should have been 3-1. Chicago's goal wasn't even well worked. Shambolic defending.

I think Morris might have been just offside. It is harsh to call it a clear and obvious error. The worst call of the game was the yellow card that should have been a red to Chicago in the 72nd minute for the challenge at midfield. The tackle checks all of the boxes for a red card. Where was the VAR on that? The ref saw it but somehow missed seeing a swinging elbow to the chin or face.

1. Serious foul play: there was no attempt to win the ball.

2. Violent Conduct: watch from 04:44 – 04:47. that looks like the flailing arm of the Chicago player hits the Sounders player in the chin.

3. Endangering safety of the opponent: The tackle is through the back of the legs and an elbow above the shoulders. this was a very dangerous tackle.
