Rice needs to show few more years of top class in elite level football (UCL). Casemiro already proven to people that he is world class, but sadly he is aging understandably and not in his top form compared to years ago. Rodri's consistency is just remarkable.

Klopp has taken two teams who were midway down their leagues to big trophies, and got one over on Pep twice in two different leagues with much lower spends. Also Pep has underachieved in the CL given how rich MC are and how many league titles they've won. Rodri is different class though, they hit a sticky patch when he was out. I think he's more or as important to them as Haaland.
