      Hey 👋 Ali ! I think he’s definitely close to Phillips and Donnelly ! He’s also certainly not scared of putting someone in young if they’re ready. They’re clearly not ready and with the next 2 we have it could do more harm than good??? Think 🤔 so anyway

      The defense had less protection because they sat to deep forcing the midfield to drop to avoid gaps. While team wasn’t great but the teams positioning starts from the back

      There's no coincidence every time we lose its when those players are in the team. I hear what you say about analysis of their performance but the fact is we conceded two very late goals and I saw them coming…as did most I suspect. Like you said Ali, the passing was safe and the pressing was limited to certain parts of the pitch. We were also slow in build up and once wolves were behind the ball we obviously didnt have the spark to breakthrough. Unfortunately with such influential players out we will now lose games we could have won. Ange just needs to be backed to get a squad he's happy with which allows for injuries and suspensions.

      Some just criticise for the sake of it , I just been arguing with some on Facebook who think we lost that game because we played Ange Kamikaze football . It was the least Ange Kamikaze game we have played. Just waiting it seems for him to fail.

      I'm seeing a lot of post on social media stating Spurs won't be signing anyone in January as we won't to move players on first. Is this true?
      Why when Spurs are close to a great team, we stop and don't invest to have a great squad!

      For Q&A: how realistic do you think the Saudi links are for Richarlison? Do you see us signing another central striker soon? Son down the middle has been a breath of fresh air but he's 31 and we're one injury away from having problems up top (as well as at the back!).

      And also: do you think it’s a challenge signing a new high quality CB when they know they’ll be 3rd choice in the long run? Why can’t spurs overcome this issue when other teams seem to create depth with ease?

      Strictly football and no sentiments or malice Ben davies, skipp, Dier ,Royal are not good enough and need to be sold to make way for quality in depth …a Backline with Dier ,Davies and Royal is not filling anybody with confidence no matter how good they play they are all well known for a mistake….Injuries and suspension have highlighted what we have known since the days of Poch ,who came back to play against players he left at spurs after 4 managers which is absolutely insane…The slow ,safe football is the result of the players that are not good enough amd dont and wont fit Anges system …We need cover for maddison without a doubt (Eze would be fantastic), Cover is needed at Center Back both left and Right side ,We only have one good left fullback and one right fullback …Romero and Udogie have been mostly great this season but both have been rash and gotten foolishly sent of they are costing the team now but still highlighting we need better players to replace them when they dont play …Its all on the club now Ange is a great Manager but he cannot make water into wine

      Hi Alastair, do you ever think how your job would have been if you were born in a different era? Like presumably match reports were a different beast before you had the advantage of replays etc and so much stuff must have been totally inaccurate because it was based off just one view from a distance. (I used to have to write several lower-league match reports for a Sunday paper at a time off a feed that just told me where throw-ins were taken and how many yards shots were taken from!) And how do you think the job will evolve in future?
