      It sounds like too many talks, but nothing happening. Furthermore, these ongoing gossips are disturbing the existing players, throwing their future careers disarray in a Club where they are happy to be part of it.
      What people forget is the example of Chelsea last year: after spending £300M and with large number of super star players in the Club, the result was disaster, because they did not consider the chemistry of those star players acquired. They were not compatible. Last season there were teams whose budget was only 15-20% of Chelseas expenditure yet, they lperformed much better than Chelsea. So, the amount of money spent or the number of players bought is not indicative to success expected. Young and talented players look into their chances to play regularly, if they will be given enough playing time. Arteta does not rotate the players. He favours some of them and plays them every week until they are burnt down and drop their performance, as it happened with Saka and Partey last season..
