Bernardo Silva is one of the best midfielders in the world, and that has been proven time after time in his tenure at Manchester City, but with statistics not being his strongest side, many tend to throw him in the bucket with other average midfielders and compare numbers. 1. After Agüero left Bernardo became my favorite player. One of the hardest working players I've ever seen in my life. Technically one of the best in the world. Outside of De Bruyne I'd say he has been our most important city player under the pep regime. Never looked out of place and is one of the best players on the pitch whether he plays as a 8, 10, RW, false 9, next to rodri in a double pivot or as a LB. If you want big goals or standout performances in big games he has them. That is the reason why every city fan loves him and why the club year on year tries to convice him to stay. If he played for Real or Barca he would be getting far more praise for how good he is. The most complete midfielder in the world for me
