How is this even a question
It's been proven Mourinho can't do it in today's game. He's failed at spurs and united. He had the best team by a mile back in 05 and let's be honest, the level of football wasn't great back then in the prem. 90+ points needed these days to win it and klopp had proven he can do it.
Klopp isn’t on that top level, Mourinho for a time was. Fourth to Ferguson, Wenger and Guardiola since 1992
Greatest premier league legacy? 1 Prem title or several, 1 title won conceding the least goals in a season. I like Klopp but in the Prem it’s Mourinho
