Mohammed Salisu Abdul Karim (born 17 April 1999) is a Ghanaian footballer who plays as a center back for English club Southampton.

A native of Accra, the capital of Ghana, Salisu played for local football teams, including the African Talent Football Academy. In October 2017, he moved to Spain, becoming a player in the football academy of the Spanish club Real Valladolid. On January 28, 2018, he made his debut for Real Valladolid B (Valladolid reserve team) in the Segunda B match against Corujo.

On March 1, 2018, he extended his contract with the club until 2021. On January 9, 2019, he made his debut in the main team of Valladolid in the Spanish Cup match against Getafe.

On May 22, 2019, he extended his contract with the club until 2022. On August 18, 2019, he made his debut in the Primera Division (the top division of the Spanish championship) in a match against the Real Betis club. On October 26, 2019, he scored his first goal for Valladolid in the La Liga match against Eibar.

In August 2020, he moved to English club Southampton.
