    Matheus Luiz Nunes (European Portuguese: born 27 August 1998) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Primeira Liga side Sporting CP and the Portugal national team.

    Nunes started his career with Ericeirense, before moving to LigaPro side Estoril. During his time with the club, Nunes played mostly in the reserve team, before moving to Primeira Liga side Sporting CP in January 2019. In 2020–21, Nunes helped Sporting win a double of the Primeira Liga and Taça da Liga.

    Born and raised in Brazil until 12 years old, Nunes opted to play for the Portugal national team, and made his senior international debut in 2021.

      Y'all should chill this is YouTube…..if we're going for a midfielder we'll need more than this…..his highlight reel is like a basic Mateo kovacic game … I'll be the first to say not good enough to compete with city or Liverpool

      He is a Monster ! even Guardiola Said he is One of the best midfields in the world ! He is strong, talk, fast. He decides quick and berry well. have a very good long pass, shorts pass and is a risk taker ! his skills with the ball are insane plus we can take the ball from the defence and Alone transport eceryone to the attack. In terms of defence he is very competent and is always pressuring. all of this with 23 yrs. This profile in a Midfielder is só rare that Sporting should actually placed a Higher price on him. 60M for him is nothing ! the question is who gonna get home first.
