Well said Jay. City have Galaticos in every position and on the bench, who'd have thought it. Spot on about attitude, Txixi said they look at humbleness & humility before they look at anything else including skill levels. Remarkable wisdom at the club on and off the field with the singular aim of improvement and the discipline. The backbone of the club is young.
Shout out too to Kalvin Philips. The lack of game time could easily have left him to bemoan his position. He has been an exemplar, no matter of your view of him, as a beacon of positivity and his body language in-training and on the bench has been first class. Nothing would be better to see him re-kindle his place, given the opportunity. The fans know he has been through a tough time.
Just hope, alongside him, we see more of Sergio Gomez. City are sparkling.
City have not hung about with the expansion. Thought they might have waited to the close season but no, once the plans were passed, City have got on with it.
