Takefusa Kubo has been among the greatest performers in La Liga this year. The Real Sociedad attacker has had a very strong individual season thus far, scoring five goals and dishing out two assists in ten games across all competitions.
Naturally, a number of teams in Europe have expressed interest in Kubo’s performances, including Real Madrid. Relevo claims that Los Blancos, who they sold to La Real in the summer of 2022, are “watching every step” of the Japanese international.
Real Madrid was granted the right of first refusal as well as a 50% sell-on clause as part of that agreement.Due to the former, they may re-sign Kubo for just €30 million instead of the present €60 million release clause at La Real.
