Solly will be missed, hope he will recover soon.
RIP Bobby 💙
How long is Welbeck and March going to be out 🙁
Pep definitely looked very worried for most of the second half.
Let's step back for a second. We are talking here about a team that was almost bankrupt, had no ground for years, playing against a team that has multi multi million pound players who are current Euro champions, Premier league champions and cup winners and who many football experts are saying they are the best team in the world – — and lost 2:1 after a second half where the manager of the mighty City looked very worried.
Things have definitely changed since I was going to the Goldstone Ground!
Don't forget Trossard and White rescued Arsenal yesterday. And coincidentally, Newcastle seem to have befitted from Burn (not to mention Cucurella played well yesterday too).
the fact that milner started after missing 4 games because of injury is insane, tony bloom needs to have a conversation with de zerbi
Mute and Hove Albion
Louis said what I was thinking. We haven’t got out of second gear yet, and those results away at Wolves and then Utd could of been higher score lines for sure. Current injuries are obviously not good, and we need Pervis and Lamptey back soon. Suspect a master class from RDZ these two games, with Fati given a free role and really show what he can do. With the sad news about Bobby Charlton on Saturday afternoon, we’ve lost another England 🏴 World Cup winner 🏆 and he was truly one of the footballing greats. RIP Bobby 🕊️💙
Albion are still surfing 🌊 a good wave – gonna be an interesting few weeks coming ie Europa 🌎 + PL matches that well could return a good yield 💪 UTA 🇮🇪
I thought steele should have done better for the first goal tbh. The shot was right above him with little power. Would like to see verbruggen start from now. On
No blame apportioned to Steele for either goal. Seems to be on a watch list to pick up any minor fault atm, who’d be a keeper. He clearly could have done better on few occasions but so could Verbruggen in possession
Good point Ryan, it is exactly that, a work in progress. Seeing how we get on over the next 6 or so games against lower half prem teams and an out of sorts Ajax
