ALL successful sides need a real leader on the pitch. And that leader needs support by 2 or 3 other players in the side and they will make sure the other 8 pull their socks up and put in a shift. You need a coach who gets all the players on board with that mentality and you go from there. Bruno Fernandez is an absolute arsehole of a bloke and should never be a captain, ever.
