Here is 10 min abs and obliques workout to shape your tummy just on point. Sort

  1. these suck ass idk how you can call this a workout. Plus this man overcomplicates it. All you need are crunches, leg lifts, and bicycle kicks

  3. Aside from having quality abs exercises, Rowan has the best follow-along timer I've seen on You Tube. I can even vary my abs exercises but using this quality timer to keep me on course.
