Funny how no one’s mentions that West Ham are actually better without Rice
The saddest thing with this now is the strain he started to carry this arsenal team with partey that cant stay fit. Its a burden on rice in that midfield. I looked back and see it must be a huge regret by letting xahaka go. Arsenal are still miles off what they were last season.

No complaints about Rice so far for me, 100M might be a bit much but he is one heck of a player, always braking up play and regaining possession for us. Leader and role model in midfield. Happy with the signing.

Didn’t understand the hype about Declan Rice . Didn’t rate him much at west ham, questioned why we spent all that money on him. Wanted Zubimendi instead.

West Ham fan here told all my Arsenal mates, trust me the best 100mil you will ever spend. And sooooo. Here you go. These 2 🛎️🔚s are wind up merchants so I take no notice. I noticed when I watch the Chelsea game they played him to high. I said to myself what are you doing ?? Then they done a slight alteration tactically and then Rice came into the game and bossed it. Arsenal spent that money on in him because he plays brilliantly in a certain position so why play him in another. Keep him in the position he became that 100million player. Simple.

Best signing since the invincibles. Best box to box midfielder since Viera in my opinion. His style of play, dribbling, tackling, enthusiasm, big game mentality reminds me of Viera. Absolutely didn't expect this from Rice. Growing into one of the best midfielders in the world.

He’s been doing this for few seasons with West Ham. He’s just got better players around him now (I’m a West Ham fan admitting that before anyone says I’m biased) Everyone thought we were playing hardball over the fee as well. Just shows how biased and naive some of these pundits are unfortunately, and how little they truly know about the game. I’m happy for rice doing so well though
