Was this a clear penalty? Did the referee get it wrong? Let us know your thoughts below.
Where in the rules does it say a player cannot slow down in front of another player?
This was penalty, but yesterday at Ronaldo wasn't penalty.
please make one video why…!!! no VAR in Portugal match…. 🙏🙏🙏
Eventually Qatar did fall victims to all the propaganda and demonizing against the country. While hosts are usually pushed by referees in this case referees did the opposite just so that they wouldn't end up being accused of being biased towards Qatar. They were under huge pressure.
Qatar player was already falling down before contact. Not penalty. Sigan!
Dumb refree
Bad refereeing is now a common thing in every game. Then what's the point of keeping var? Use the money on something else. Probably distribute among the FIFA ministers and all, just like FIFA does with bribe money
What a good referee! You right
That's 100% a penalty. Defender has to be in control of himself, he can't run someone over just because they change direction or slow down, if they do it's a penalty. Absolutely shocking decision. Referees have been atrocious at this world cup.
The attacker did intentionally go across the deffenders body to look for the foul. So I see it as a good call. He wasnt setting himself up to shot which is what you'd think 1 would be inclined to do that close to goal with a golden opportunity.
