So basically you have said any player unless they are at one of the "Big" clubs they aren't top level.
The criteria for success is flawed since to make the list they have to still be at the club they graduated from and to make it to "S" level you say they have to have won.

Reece James barely plays football, and even when he does he is not as exceptional as you make him out to be. He’s not in the conversation for best RBs in the league, let alone the world, and he hasn’t been since he last played over 30 games in a season 3 years ago.
