      NiiNii, if he was so great then why are most Man Utd fans are upset that Ten Haag is buying him??? the guy is bang average, if he leaves then good. Chelsea won't liquidate the next day; we will still be competing for trophies next season with or without him.

      Everything this board has been doing is not making any sense. Like nothing is making sense and this is one of them decisionsagain. Some fans are saying Mason is this, Mason is that. But they're not seeing the overall picture of the wrong decisions being made by the board. Boy!!! I just feel they're slowly stripping everything that makes us Chelsea away. Whew! This just feels like a long ride man. I hope they eventually get it right.

      Disappointed that Mason is leaving. Clib is bigger than the individual. We are in a major transition. We need to be a bit patient and strong for one more year. We will be at the top this year(2023-2024)

      I think you're being a bit too emotional about Mount it's not like we're losing a fantastic player his form has dipped so much since we won the CL and hasn't been the player he used to be he's made his choice so good luck to him

      What a snake. He is only loyal to lampard not the club. I would understand if he will leave the club and go and sign outside the PL. But signing for united? A club who is in a rebuild too, shows how much he values the club in this difficult time. Let him go, united won't be winning any european trophies anyway. Manchester City and Chelsea is the only england club that has been successful progressing in the european competition.

They are not playing for the badge or for fans anymore,they able to help us like Thiago Silva been playing the whole season with honesty but they didn’t!       I dont want to judge yet until i see who we bring in to replace these guys because sometimes you have to make tough decisions like this, i still dont know about selling to a rival unless we want one of their players

      There’s no loyalty in this kids nowdays,they all after the money. Their peak performance will cut short too. They be finish before reaching 30, Mount, Bellingham, Trent etc. That’s modern day football mentality especially for english players!

      I don't mind if he leaves. He doesn't really take Chelsea to next step . He is British and that's why all these youtubers crying over him. If rival pays more, I have no problem sending him there
      Just look at his stats in past 4 seasons. Very average player and he wants 250.
      He is better version of Gallagher. Can you put his stats in past 4 seasons lol instead of crying , show stats

      The reason we don’t sell abroad is very simple Nini, foreign teams can’t pay as much as prem teams. As much as it hurts to see our players go to prem rivals, it’s better to get the maximum amount of money we can for them.

      Mount is a very good player that has suffered too much disrespect from funny Chelsea fans. Only few Chelsea players in the squad can bring what he does in the team: he's strong, versatile, skillful, shoots very well, doesn't miss chances much, good at set pieces etc.

      Problem with CFC fans is past glory. That’s the reason with mount and havertz . Comon it’s past 2 seasons now after that champions league finals . They need to step up or be shipped out . Stop celebrating mediocrity

      I'm trying to visualise what the plan is for the next few years.

      Maybe and hopefully with all the great minds in our back room staff they've analysed the Mount situation and said something similar to what you mentioned.

      We have Carney, Caseide, Santos, Connor, Enzo and hall to play as 8's. If that even is the formation.

      I think we are much more likely talking a pivot and that's one spot and I don't think Mount and Enzo is the play. Although with a Ugarte it would be if we were doing 433..

      But then what about Havertz and Nkuku? Could Mount have joined them and be one or 3 players fighting for the 10 position when all are starting internationals when fit? No.

      I'm pretty sure it was confirmed that Nkuku was to play behind the striker. So that all but seals that we are playing 4231 and Mount doesn't fit because we bought Nkuku. So it would be either Havertz or Mount sold….sentimentalties aside Mount is worth more and has a lower ceiling than Havertz and if we have to keep one I personally would choose Mount due to his Cobham background….however If I had to sell one of them from a business sense for the reasons I just mentioned Mount loses out.

      Could we play Nkuku as a striker and keep both Havertz and Mount as 8s.for me that's what I've wanted to see since Lampard first signed for us and I think we saw Kante Havertz Mount in a 433 once for like 40 minutes.

      So that wouldn't be the play as wait we just bought all the 8s I mentioned at the start of this comment.

      From where we are NOW I can't justify keeping Mount except of sentimentality. Selling him to UTD? Painful and I won't want to see him in Red. But who else can afford him? And would he want to go abroad. PSG are going to sign asensio so they won't need him.

      That's where my heads at…a mess but accepted Mount is leaving.

      Next generation of CFC starts now. Give Reece the captaincy now.

      Imo we are hell bent on flipping the mid field . And I bet Mount has been talked to United for awhile. Man was out for months I’m sure there was conversation . I think we need to sell Mount and kova so fast to get our targets in fast

      I always thought Mount is not at the level of Reece James to be asking for same wages. But, we have to really ask a question if Reece is becoming more of a liability than Mount with the amount of injuries he is getting and chunk of matches that he is missing out on. At least Mount is a fit lad and rarely gets injured. The injury record is a real worry for James; check his stats and how many matches he has missed– Reece missed almost 50% of matches every season. When has he ever played consistently full season, never. So, based on these facts, you could say Mount is more valuable player and deserving of better wages solely due to his better output. I rate him really, there is a reason every manager favours him and hope that he stays. But if he wana go, then it’s ok too, the club will go on…

      Mount doesn't even trying to connect with management he is decided in his mind but Chelsea should get gud price for around 80 million pounds for mount because he is worth it they can give because they payed for sanchez and Maguire
