First half we were good if not spectacular. Jashari was playing higher up the pitch and honestly he ran the game in the first 45. We got to HT 1 up thanks to his goal and looked comfortable.
Then a HORRIBLE injury to Beka and that affected us a lot. Beloko put in a stupid foul, they equalised from the FK. Willimann then gives away a pen for holding, probably correct, 2-1. Then Willimann supposedly fouls Suzuki which was a CLEAR dive but the ref gave it, 3-1.
A disappointing result and after Beka's injury, a poor performance. I hope Frick noticed though how impressive Ardon was linking up with the forward players because with us now having Haas and Beloko, there's no reason why Ardon can't play higher up especially as Meyer seems to be going missing a lot recently.
Fuck knows what we do without Beka as for me he was our best CB (along with Burch who we sold). Big pressure on the likes of Jaquez, Simani and Willimann to step up and perform.
