I loved palmer as a player at city and I wish he had stayed at city but 50 million is good business by city regardless. I also think Chelsea won't give palmer the game time to fully develop because they already have a packed squad. He may find it hard to get into Chelsea's team. Maybe I might be wrong about that I think he had a great chance to develop under pep at city but good luck to him.
