Really sad that LCW might be thinking back then that he had pass the hardest hurdle – Lin Dan who already has 2 olympic gold just to fall short to another Chinese player Chen Long..that elusive olympic gold😩 3 silver medals ain't bad though…

The exhilaration of Lee Chong Wei when he wrapped up the third set 22-20 was simply ecstatic. I forgot that Lee Chong Wei wrapped up his illustrious badminton by finally winning the much coveted Olympic gold medal. Lin Dan must arguably be the finest legendary badminton player of ALL times and salute to him. Datuk Lee Chong Wei must stand next to him. The two greatest badminton players ever to provide us the finest skills of the highest level.

at last LCW won against LD in Olympics but unfortunately for him its for Bronze..but these two are absolute legend..LCW would have dominated and won multiple olympic and world championships in any other era
