I can tell none of you have ever had a grade 2 AC joint sprain… It maybe the most painful thing particularly over the first 2 weeks.
The problem is surgery is not necessarily effective for this injury..
It's a very very tricky one. It took me about 8 months to build back up my arm strength, and flexibility..
There is definitely a pain aspect to it.
Trust me ask an athlete that has had a grade 2 AC joint sprain, and in fact your shoulder my never be quite the same.

34:30 an argument can be made that Rhamondre has sucked because bill belichick and the pats entire offense sucks. Also, a valid point was made. Saints, eagles, pats, maybe even the jets, these are top, or above average, run defenses. Pats have a top 3 thoughest schedule, so this kind of start was expected from me. But If u look at the schedule, they play weaker run defenses in the future. I have Rhamondre, and I plan to hold on
