      Let's be honest. Saliba, in the last 3 season's, has had the 2 Best striker's in the world, in his pocket multiple time's. NAME ME A BETTER DEFENDER, RIGHT NOW???

      Saliba was UNFP Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year already in 2021/22 when on loan in france, arsenal brought him home to arsenal for 22/23 season and immediately became one of the absolute best cm in the league and the start of 23/24 season just proves he IS QUALITY, and if youre saying yeah he is good but he needs to prove his quality, that its too early to tell if he is any good, then you are just absolutly delusional and probably a arsenal hater

      I just know he ends up at Real Madrid in a couple of seasons if we dont win anything. Literally fits the profile of what they're trying to do and would be starting for the next 10 years. Hate thinking about it

      He’s got that Van Dijk calmness to his game, and he’s press resistant. He’s got the height, speed, physicality, skill, and intelligence. He is also capable of those kind breaking passes, and balls over the top. When we have the ball, he is literally sometimes the only player back for us. There is literally no hole in his game

To say the least (and this is in no way sexist a la Merson), for you as a female pundit, I feel compelled to subscribe.

      I appreciate your honesty. This is why so many gooners, including me, disagreed with the claim that we bottled it. Saliba is a top 10 CB in the world. A player with that level of quality on both sides of the ball is completely and utterly irreplaceable. But luckily we did have a very solid replacement in Tomiyasu who would play on the right side with Ben White (both of them could play RCB and RB so for this discussion it didn't matter who played where) and they could replicate 70-80% of the quality Saliba and White had been producing as the right sided defenders. OH NO Tomiyasu also gets injured for the ENTIRE REST of the SEASON in the same damn Europa League game. So now we go with HOLDING (you know, the JOKE) who entirely changed our defensive structure forcing our defensive line way back and destroying our ability to control transitions. So i refuse to blame the other players who had all performed admirably to that point. I put the blame on Arteta for staying with Holding instead of trying Kiwior or Partey.

      I love saliba and he is definitely has a rolls royce of a defender but i will say this another reason why our defenders are getting dribbled less is because we have a mad man running riot in our midfield , Declan rice is not letting anyone get through to the defence that guy is a monster !!!!

      It's a document of our Arsenal fan base . if you want to hear unbiased positive support and commentary on our players that most of the time it comes from top Manchester United podcasters😅 . As an Arsenal it's a shame there are not many good Arsenal podcasts out there.. so negative and so reactionary. I am also going to subscribe to this channel 👏🏽👏🏽
