think that is osisto bimbo chucoroco. I think it was aypierre that first called the second chucoroco for that, makes sense if it is that that one would have a special place in its heart for aypierre if i remember right.

But he really does have a reason to be mad since Fred confirmed he was the one who wrote the report about Aypierre's MEDICAL TORTURE. I know the Federation Workers don't really have free will, and the Federation/Cucurucho/whoever is using that to their advantage, but if I knew for CERTAIN that someone was even remotely related to torturing me and wasn't telling me anything… yeah, I'd kidnap them for information too.
A worker being kidnapped went from "omg why are you doing this to him" to "just another tuesday"
