It's just so so so BORING seeing Rashford trying to play like Neymar wtf, he can't even dribble so why not just look up and pass the ball to hojlund every moment in the 18yard box… Garnacho should be in the starting 11 now because he is more dangerous and productive than Rashford.

Casemiro has been good the last 3 games. He has always being a slow starter. I mean dude was everywhere on the pitch cos the players there were not doing their jobs. Until we understand that Rashford is Average and will almost never score 20 – 25 goals in the EPL.

I'm a pakistani aussie and watching my national team (pakistan) play cricket is almost exactly inconsistent like manchester united its almost crazy. Star players that only care about their stats, injuries plaguing a team, could lose or win against any team. Its a stressful life!
The only thing we learned is that we shouldn't have changed the winning team in the first place ETH made a big mistake He seems to be a specialist failure now 😢

Armrabat was too aggressive and gave away too many fouls in critical areas,and could have easily seen a red card
I've unsubscribed from just about every so called 'fan channel' on you tube. Paddock = veering quickly towards TH out. Webby and O'Neill=Openly TH out and far too friendly with the haters from The Athletic. U View=TH out and far too pally with the scum from SKY and talkSPORT(oh yeah we're the Landon boys!!). Everything Goldbridge=Nuff said, move on lest I get angry at the thought of his boat race!!. As for Saeed, he must just about the worst, most fickle, and outrageously hysterical one out there, and quite obviously ferociously TH out. Saeed actually even manages to make young Alice look positive and level headed in comparison, and that takes some doing since she is in a permanent state of utter meltdown. The list goes on, but what most of these channels do have in common, is that you either agree with and lap up everything that that they vomit on you, or they very quickly ghost you out if you have the nerve to disagree.
Look. We have Garnacho, Hojlund and Pellistri in front, Mount, Casemiro, Amrabat in the midfield, Wan-Bissaka, Dalot, Lindellof and Varane in defense. When Bruno comes in, attacking flow is disconnected. When Rashford in, he's nullifies other attacker/finisher. When Bruno and Rashford comes in, it's disastrous no system or tactics can applied on the field. And to be honest, it looks like ETH doesn't have enough courage to drop these two disastrous players from the srtarting eleven. And the worst thing is, after one full season, ETH still can't figure out who is his best starting eleven for every game in this season. 4 losses out of 7 is shambolic for MUFC.
ETH is still dealing with an unresolved toxic culture: over paid divas at United under the leadership of greedy non football caring owners. There is more happening behind the scenes that we can imagine. How many great managers have failed at United since Fergie??? It's NOT the managers. Rashford is an overpaid lazy star who isn't delivering. That mindset is contagious and invites team complacency.
The team was overworked during preseason to PROMOTE! Not enough rest following world cup – leading to an unusual long list of injuries, very late signings, too many off field distractions: Sancho, Greenwood and now Anthony. What manager can get a team to thrive under such conditions???? Not even Pep.

Ange took a team which was below united last year playing depressing football, totally different tactics into the top 4 places now. Working without a DOF as well. Losing his best player as well. Injuries they arguably still dont have their best midfielder in Bentancur back yet and son/madders can only play 60-70min atm.
Good recruitment, game management plus great tactics and training made tottenham as we know it now.
Eth had 1 season+ to work with this squad. Brought a couple of mates and players he know and what has he brought? Largely inconsistent performances. Alot of results last year is sack-worthy if its under ole/moyes etc. Liverpool, brighton, brentford etc. But we stuck around thinking that ya know its the first season. But we need to see a style of play. Arteta gets to keep his job two seasons finishing eighth because he had the team running in a certain style and of cos had the fa cup. Eth's team is constantly outran/outpossessed. Theres just so much u can place it on players. Rashford? He gave him a contract.
Not saying sack him now. But there needs to be more scrutiny and he has to improve before November.

A double pivot of amrabat and casemiro rotated with mctominay and maybe sometimes eriksen
A back four of dalot on the right, varane and maguired in cb, lindelolf in cb and reguilon in left back position. We are thin in center back so we should look to see if we can play amrabat in cb position and maybe eriksen and case in midfield. While for left back we do need a good academy or a loan.
I agree that we have to all Ten Hag some time cos the off the pitch issue is eating the club and the Glazers don't care about the club at all, they have to leave then we can not become the Unite we have use to be
Why is the Manager kept on playing players in their weak position like Amrabat on left back and Bruno right wing? He needs to play them in their familiar and strong position. He can experiment during preseason or with less important game.
Is Ten Hag starting to lose the dressing room are the same players downing tools again??? I really hope not because I'm still certain he's still the right man for the job, We can't get rid of yet another manager just to end up back to square one and if we did lose him I'd guarantee our loss would be another club's gain.. When the team are this inconsistent, incohesive, and generally inept, you have to question what the coaching staff are actually coaching. Ten Hag needs to stop recruiting his old mates and bring in elite staff and players.

We should have kept Alvaro. Ten hag should Play more youth. Senior players are lazy bums. Play the hungry young players
Its all on ETH atm. Its his job to coach these players to play as a unit. We did it well last season after the world cup. Since then its been very incoherent except for when he plays the second string. The second string players seem to be the only ones doing as is expected of them because they want to break into the starting 11, but the starters seem to think they should play more as individuals.
Mate have you noticed. Theres no movement when we pass ..we are too static and our players are like walls waiting to be passed to..so sick and annoying
I just don’t see any way this season gets a whole lot better unless Erik makes some major changes to how this team is run. And players attitudes change dramatically. Erik NEEDS to drop Rashford to the bench indefinitely and only use him as a sub. He needs to get Casimiro out of the holding DM no 6 role and into the CM 8 role (and allow him to move forward when he needs to). He needs to integrate Mainoo, Hannibal and Gore into way more games. He needs to get Amrabat in the DM 6 role like yesterday! Sure, he can play LB well, probably almost any position on the field! But that isn’t going to help the team play better and play better offense. Once again play your players in a position that enhances their strengths and helps the team win. Not in a position that exposes their weaknesses and doesn't help the team!
ETH is playing Casimiro out of position! It's clear as day. He is not a lone DM no 6 anymore, able to cover a lot of ground and play super high energy. Why does Erik not see this and understand this?! BUT, Casimiro is clearly one of the most technically gifted/creative footballers on this team. So why is Erik still forcing him to try and play the lone DM when we need someone like Ambrabat or Mainoo back there? Casimiro should be playing CM 8 with a license to move forward whenever he wants. He is SOO fantastic when he gets forward and looks like the only player on this team sometimes that knows how to break down a deep lying defense. Which makes total sense, seeing how he was on one of the greatest teams ever for most of his career with the best midfielders and forwards in the world. It should be Amrabat/Mainoo at 6, Casimiro/Mount/Hannibal at 8, Fernandes/Mount at 10. ETH is really showing his inexperience and stubbornness lately and it's worrying. Play your players in a position that enhances their strengths! Not in a position that exposes their weaknesses.
Then he keeps insisting to play Rashford when Garnacho usually looks much better, much more involved and much more dangerous. Neither player is on fire, scoring or having a great run of play. So you're not going to hurt the team by taking out Rashford and playing someone that actually wants to play and is putting in the work and doing lots of running. Plus Garnacho actually can and does pass the ball, is a good team player and most importantly, he tries! I think we all feel that Garnacho (even with his faults) is better overall for the team and the way Erik wants to play than Rashford. Yet Rashford keeps starting!?!?! Why?!?!
Football is a team sport. This isn't the NBA! Get Rashford out of this team. If he was going to be a great overall player, a great team player and actually press and do what the coaches asked of him, game in and game out, he would have done it already. But he hasn’t. He’s too old to change and I just don’t see a way Rashford will ever be a stalwart of this team. A guy we can count on week in and week out to hustle, try his hardest, be a great teammate, a leader on the pitch and give his all. He just doesn’t have that in him. He’s part of the Pogba, Lingard, etc crew of footballers that care more about Instagram followers and a certain lifestyle than playing football. Football is a means to an end for Rashford. It gets him his fancy lifestyle and cars and women. Greelish and Kylian Mbappe (among others) are the same, they just happen to be way better than Rashford.
Now, Rashford isn't the only problem, but he's one of the main problems that hurts this team. There are of course other problem players. But the point is, Erik needs to stop relying on these entrenched "superstars" that he has, that don't play team football. Dutch football is based on the idea of Totaalvoetbal. Every player being able to swap positions with another player and playing as one team to create a sort of Voltron like team! It is fairly difficult to pull off, but when you have smart players that hustle and listen to the coach, it’s a thing of beauty! Think Amrabat! He is the most “Dutch” player on our team!
Amrabat/Mainoo as the 6 (staying back) with Casimiro/Mount no 8 (allowed to go forward) with either Bruno/Mount in the no 10 MF role is the best lineup we have. And the way we need to play the rest of the season. Sure, the injuries are not helping anything. BUT, as mentioned by someone else, even with our current team, we have more than enough talent and ability to win games. Look at Tottenham with Postecoglou! That team is NOT better than Utd on paper. They literally lost one of the best players in the entire EPL, and yet, are playing fantastic football! DeZerbi has a team that is nowhere near as good as Utd on paper. Yet, they’re only 3 pts off of Sh*ty! Newcastle, Aston Villa, West Ham, the list goes on and on. All of these teams don’t have the talent that Utd has, yet, they’re all playing WAY better football. And that all comes down to just two simple things. Player attitudes and the coach.
And I’m much more certain I know who the problem is. If you’ve actually watched Utd for the last 5-10 years, you know exactly what the problem is. Same players, different coach, same results. Hmmm, wonder who’s at fault?
