I learned this in the early 1990s, and haven't done it in so many years. It's great to see it again. I actually was lucky to learn Chil Sung 1 through 4 from Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee in 1984-85.
Three herniated discs put a damper on training….but I do them in my dreams sometimes.
This form does have alot of Chinese element's, l practiced this form and the details few year's ago, forgot because l started working, so l couldn't or have time to review these forms, but thank god for my library and you tube.
